Trenport Investments Ltd and Cemex UK Ltd have been working on exciting new plans for the development of up to 650 new homes, a new local centre, 8 hectares of formal open space and 20 hectares of managed publicly accessible parkland that together will provide a natural extension to the North West of Dunstable.
The historic chalk grassland surrounding Maiden Bower will be restored and the development will secure the long term management of this Scheduled Ancient Monument. |
Our planning application has been submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council who will provide a further opportunity for consultation in due course.
